This website, www.animerch.co.uk, is operated by AniMerch. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to AniMerch. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Online store terms

You must not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or break any laws in your jurisdiction when using the site.

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. A contract between you and us is formed when we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or there is an error in the price or description. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

We try to show product colours and images as accurately as possible, but your screen may differ slightly from the real item. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Delivery charges are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping policy.

Payment is taken when you place your order. You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
